HOW IT WORKS

1. Book online or on WhatsApp.
2. Bring or send it in person to our location, or by local courier (within Chennai only for now). We photograph and log the device when it arrives.
3. Quote. We send an itemised quote on WhatsApp. We start only after you reply 'yes' in the chat.
4. Backup first. We back up your data before touching anything.
5. Repair and test. We tell you which parts we're fitting and what they cost.
6. Quote. We send an itemised quote and our repair terms on WhatsApp. We start only after you reply with the exact wording we ask for, which names your job number. A thumbs-up or 'ok' does not count.
